1. Services

UHost provides web hosting, VPS, game server, and Discord bot hosting from UK-based infrastructure. Service specifications, pricing, and features are described on our website at the time of order.

2. Acceptable Use

You must not use our services for illegal activity, abuse, spam, copyright infringement, or anything that disrupts our network or other customers. We reserve the right to suspend services that violate acceptable use.

3. Payments & Billing

Fees are billed in advance according to your chosen billing cycle. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services. Promotional codes apply only as stated at checkout.

4. Uptime & Support

We aim to maintain reliable service and provide support via email. Scheduled maintenance may occur with reasonable notice where possible.

5. Data & Backups

You are responsible for maintaining your own backups unless a backup service is explicitly included in your plan. We are not liable for data loss where reasonable care has been taken.

6. Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the product ordered. Where a money-back guarantee is advertised for a specific service, those terms apply.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UHost is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our services.
